INGREDIENTS
540 ml pineapple tin,
1 egg,
1 1/2 cup milk,
2 tbsp custard pwd
sugar as u desired,
full cream 10 oz,
5 almonds,
5 pictachio
methods
Grind pineapple in semi paste with the same water and cooked for 10 min on a low flame.
In a bowl beat egg, milk,custard powder and sugar for 1 to 2 min.
Pour this in pineapple and stir till it becomes thick.
Take it off the flame and let it cool then put the whip cream on it and decorate it with almonds and pictachio flakes.
Refrigerate it before serving. Enjoy!!!!

Ras Malai
Dry milk dumplings simmered in sugary milk and garnished with mixed nuts.
1 cup full cream milk powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon maida
2 teaspoon oil
1 egg
6-8 tablespoon sugar
1 litre milk
5-8 Pistachio and Almonds
2-3 GREEN cardomom
METHODS
Put cardomom and pista, badam in liquid milk and heat at low burner for sometime until it gets a little thick.
Then put sugar in it and let it boil.
In the meanwhile mix full cream milk powder, baking powder and maida and shake well.
Then add oil and egg and make a dough by mixing well with hands.
Make small balls and put in boiling milk while on burner.
Let the balls boil till they become big and move the pot so that milk is well over all the balls.
Do not stir with spoon.
Let it cool for sometime and then put it in fridge.
Serve after it gets chilled.

Sheer Khurma
Sheer korma or Sheer Khurma is a festival vermicelli pudding prepared in sweetened milk and dried dates.

Dates - 8 pcs., Dried
Pistachios - 15 pcs.
Cloves - 2 pcs.
ghee - 2 tbsp
Vermicelli - 1 cup
Almonds - 12 pcs.
Green Cardamoms - 6 pcs.
Sugar - 2 cups
METHODS
Crush the vermicelli.
Cut almonds and pistachios in thin slices and crush green cardamoms.
De-seed dried dates and cut into 4 pieces each.
Heat GHEE in a pot and fry cloves and cardamoms.
Now add vermicelli and fry for few minutes.
Add dry fruits and fry for few seconds and remove from heat.
Cook milk and sugar in a pot.
Add fried vermicelli when the sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove from flame after cooking for a few minutes.

CUSTARD TRIFFLE PUDDING
Ingredients-
Vanilla Cake-1
Milk-1 litre
Sugar-4 heaped tbsp
Custard Powder-4 levellled tbsp
Crumbled Marie Biscuit-1/2 packet
Almond-10-12 nos
Cashew Nut-10-12 nos
Pistachio-10-12 nos
Milk Chocolate-1 bar
Method-
Mix custard powder in a glass of milk & keep it aside.Boil rest of the milk.
Meanwhile layer the base of pudding dish with sliced vanilla cake.
Prick it properly with fork so that it absorbs custard well.
Now to the boiling milk,add sugar & custard mix.
Boil it low flame for 2 minutes & remove from fire.
Divide the custard into 3 portions.
Now pour custard over the cake & top it with chopped dry fruits.Pour the second portion over it & top it with biscuit.
Again pour the remaining custard & top it with pieces of chocolate.
U can also garnish it with dry fruits(optional)
NOTE-Custard should be hot while pouring into the dish so that cake & biscuit soak well in it.& also chocolate melt well.....
STEAMED MILK PUDDING
Ingredients-
Milk-1/2 - 3/4 cup
Egg-3
Sugar-4 tbsp
Vanilla Extract-few drop (optional)
Milk Powder-1 tbsp
Pistachio-blanched & chopped(for garnish)
Method-
Mix egg & sugar well.Add milk drop by drop while stirring.
Add milk powder & mix well till it dissolves completely.
Now add vanilla extract & mix.
Pour the mixture in a well greased dish.
Steam it well till fully done.
Garnish with blanched & chopped pistachio or almond.
NOTE-Instead of vanilla extract,you can even use cardamom powder.
