Serves 4
4 cups milk (800ml)
3 tbsp sugar
2 level tbsp instant coffee powder (adjust to taste)
1 tsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp evaporated milk
Boil all the above ingredients. Let everything cool, then freeze for about 2-3 hours until well-chilled. When ready to serve, pour the milk in a blender, add 1 generous scoop of ice-cream (vanilla or coffee flavoured) and 10 ice-cubes. Blend until frothy.
Serve in tall glasses. You can add a bit of whipped cream on top, and a drizzle of either caramel or chocolate sauce, or a light dusting of cocoa or coffee powder. Or even chocolate shavings! :)

Banana Papaw Shake
Ingre:
2 large ripe bananas (peeled, sliced)
Medium size papaw piece
1 1/2 cup chilled milk
ice cubes 5-6
2tsp sugar (or according to ur taste)
Vanilla ice cream(optional)
Method:
Blend banana, papaw, milk, sugar and ice cubes in blender until smooth.
Pour it in a glass and put ice cream and some banana pieces on top and Serve chilled...:)

Place the Passion Fruit into a blender, and add ice cubes and blend it and then add sugar,salt,water and blend little more and refrigerator it.
Serve Chilled :-)

1 Fresh papaya
6 Tbsp Sugar
2 1/2 Cups Water

Method :
Papaya, water, sugar and blend well. add Ice and dont over blend it. pour on to a glass add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and Sprinkle Nescafé Gold on top.

After add ice cubes on high speed until the ice is crushed and ingredients are evenly distributed.
If u like finally add lime juice and enjoy........

Medium size water melon-1/2
Condensed milk-1/2 cup
Ice cubes-12-14
Water-2 cups
sugar-to your taste
Vanila essence-1/2 tsp.
Method-
Cut the melon into piecs and remove the seeds.
Blend all the ingrediends except ice cubes.
Then add ice cubes little by little and blend continously untill the cubes dissolve.
Finally u'll have a nice colourful shake...Enjoy!!
Beli fruit juice
Beli juice is very easy to make and tasty too.......

Bel fruit 2
water 3 1/2 glass
sugar according to your taste
If u like can add milk(that time u can less 1 1/2 glass water and add milk)

First take out the pulp from the beli fruit and add water in the pulp and mix. you can use your hand so that pulp get squeeze out thoroughly.
After add sugar and take a filter and filter out the seeds of the fruit from the juice.
If u like add pinch of salt and mix well serve chilled...
You like little thick u can add more of the fruit.

Masala Tea

Ingridients
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 Lipton Black Teabags
4 Elachi pods
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Cloves
1 Black peppercorn
a sprig of lemongrass
1 cup long life full cream milk
Bring water, teabags, spices and lemongrass to a boil. Allow to boil for a few minutes till strong. Add milk and bring to a boil once more. Do not leave the stove at this point as it can overflow faster than you can blink. Oversee boil till desired colour of tea is achieved. Strain and serve hot with sugar. serves two
TOP TIP: Experiment with the spicy flavors, by add a few slivers of fresh ginger whilst boiling

Milk 1/2 litre
Vanilla ice cream 1 litre
Sugar 4 tbsp
Coffee 4 tbsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Method:
Pour milk,coffee powder,cream & sugar into the blender & blend well.
Then pour the vanilla ice cream & blend again.
Garnishing:
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the bottom of the glass,& pour the blended mixture.
Pinch of coffee powder for final garnishing.
Chill & Enjoy=))...
Tip:
I brushed galaxy chocolate powder,along with coffee powder on the top!!.

Lassi
Recipe:
Traditional salty lassi
4 c (1 L) yogurt
3 c (750 mL) cold water
1 c (250 mL) crushed ice
fresh green chili peppers (quantity according to taste), chopped
1 tsp cumin, roasted and ground
3 tbs lime or lemon juice
2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients except ice in blender and blend until smooth.
Then add ice and continue blending until frothy.
Mild salty lassi
Here is one possible recipe for a Salty Lassi:
250 mL (1 cup) full-fat yogurt
250 mL (1 cup) chilled milk
1 teaspoon (4g) cumin seeds
2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice
½ - 1 teaspoon (2-4g) salt
100 mL (½ cup) ice cubes
¼ teaspoon mint (finely crumbled, dried; optional)
small pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Dry-roast cumin seeds by cooking them over low heat in small pan until you can smell the seasoning, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Cool and grind. In blender, blend cumin seed powder with yoghurt, milk, lemon juice, salt and ice cubes.
Optionally scatter with crumbled mint, and a small pinch of cayenne if for piquancy. Serve chilled. (4 servings)
Sweet (mithi) lassi4 c (1 L) yogurt

Combine all ingredients except ice in blender and blend until smooth. Then add ice and continue blending until frothy.
Sweet mango lassi1 L (4 cups) mango nectar
500 mL (2 cups) full-fat yoghurt
500 mL (2 cups) chilled milk
250 mL (1 cup) sugar
Mix sugar with the mango nectar until dissolved. Next, gradually add the milk to the yoghurt. Finally, mix together the two resulting mixtures. (6 servings)
Almond Milk
Recipe:
Almond milk is a healthy drink that refreshes your mind body and soul!
Ingredients:
Almonds 8
Milk 2 glass (500 ml)
4 tablespoon Sugar
Saffron
Procedure:
Soak almonds one night before use. Peel the almonds.
Grind the almonds till it becomes liquid.
Boil the milk.
Add sugar and saffron.
Refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours.
Serve cold.

Basic fruit smoothie
Ingredients
1 quart strawberries, hulled
1 banana, broken into chunks
2 peaches
1 cup orange-peach-mango juice
2 cups ice
Directions
1. In a blender, combine strawberries, banana and peaches. Blend until fruit is pureed. Blend in the juice. Add ice and blend to desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.
